Benefits of Using the Hard Rock Bet Promo Code

With the Hard Rock promo code welcome offer, no promo code is required to use it, but it comes with multiple benefits.

As a new player to online sports betting, you’re likely exploring multiple betting sites and betting apps and coming across one like Hard Rock Bet that makes it easy to take advantage of the welcome offer while offering somewhat of a “failsafe” option in terms of getting it back as bonus bets make for a comfortable experience.

No, you don’t get cash back if you lose, but having that second chance to wager and make your money back allows new players to have a stress-free experience.

On top of that, you can engage with other Hard Rock Bet offerings, including odds boosts, the rewards program, and Headliner Treatment, and recruit friends to play and earn up to $50 in bonuses for each referral.

If you’re interested in online casino play, there’s the Hard Rock online casino in NJ.

Hard Rock Bet has a welcome offer, but so do other prominent sportsbooks around the United States.

Additional Hard Rock Bet Promos

At Hard Rock Bet, there are a few promotions to consider when you sign up to play on the platform, and we’ll examine those below.

Top Hard Rock Bet Promos

Below is a list of the top Hard Rock Bet promos currently available.

  • Up to $100 Back (Sign-Up Offer): This offer provides immediate value, and all new players can use it. With an offer like this, you can make a wager you may otherwise avoid because of the nature of the offer, which allows you to get your wager back as bonus bets.
  • Headliner Treatment (Loyalty Program): All players can access this immediately after creating an account. With this program, you can earn both Reward Points and Tier Credits and multipliers to receive upward of 10x your reward. These points and credits can be redeemed for bonuses like bonus bets, Mystery Wheels to receive other rewards, and more.
  • Refer-A-Friend: After sending a friend your unique link, you’ll receive a $50 bonus bet for the sportsbook (and $50 for the online casino in New Jersey). To qualify for the sportsbook bonus bet, your friend must place a cash wager of at least $10 on a contest with odds of -250 or longer. You’ll each receive a $50 bonus bet after it settles.
  • Odds Boosts: While these collections are small or sometimes unavailable, they provide value to players interested in wagering on the boosted markets, as they could potentially allow for higher payouts.
  • Happy Hour: Each day from 4 pm to 5 pm, 5 pm to 6 pm, and 6 pm to 7 pm ET, Hard Rock Bet will offer a new boost. This creates an incentive to log in, with the upside of winning even more cash.

Other Hard Rock Betting Promo Offers

Outside of the ongoing offers mentioned above, which can always be accessed, there aren’t any other Hard Rock sportsbook promo offers that are short-term or seasonal.

That said, as the NFL and college football seasons approach, we could see short-term offers like parlay insurance, bet-and-get offers, and more appear at Hard Rock Bet.

Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook’s Review

Hard Rock Bet is available for both desktop and mobile app users. In my experience using the site, I used both platforms, and the overall user interface design is more modern than most online sportsbooks I’ve checked out.

I also enjoy how condensed the homepage is. On the left side, there’s a list of the top leagues, but you can also click on “All Leagues” to see a full list of offerings. The menu also has links to odds boosts, promotions, and the most important games that day.

Numerous bonuses are available, including a welcome offer, rewards program, refer-a-friend offers, and one unique bonus available each hour across three hours (4 pm to 5 pm, 5 pm to 6 pm, and 6 pm to 7 pm ET).

Where Hard Rock Bet excels for me is the overall user interface design and ease of navigation. However, there is a lack of promotions, and the welcome bonus has a smaller cap of $100. For example, other sportsbooks offer similar ceilings of $500, $1,000, or even $1,500.

Nonetheless, there is an incredibly accessible sportsbook for new players.

Hard Rock Bet Betting Features

  • Cash Out: Exit a bet early to salvage losses or take a smaller portion of winnings without risking the final result. There’s also a 100% cash out available for mobile app players when a void request is sent for accidental selection, wrong stake amounts, system errors, and more.
  • Same Game Parlays: Create a parlay wager for just one game. You can learn more about how to place a parlay bet using our betting guides.
  • Flex Parlay: With Flex Parlay, a feature unique feature of Hard Rock Bet, you can make at least three selections and pick how many you think will win. For example, if you add five options to your bet slip and choose any two, three, four, or all five to win, you’ll immediately cash out when that many wins. So, if you pick five options and pick two to win, when any two wins, you win. You can toggle this by clicking on the Power Parlay option.
  • Live Betting: Wager on games as they’re in progress.
  • SGP Max: This feature allows you to build multiple SGPs into a single wager. You can combine up to 20 bets across all sports, games, and futures betting markets.
  • Live Streaming: Live streaming is available on the mobile app for select international markets.

Hard Rock Bet Leagues, Markets, and Odds

Hard Rock Bet offers a robust roster of sports betting markets, including both sports available and the markets you can wager on within those sports. Below, we’ll touch on the various leagues available, the betting markets you’ll find, and how competitive their odds are.

Hard Rock Bet Coverage of Leagues

Football

NFL

Hard Rock Bet is an NFL betting site you’ll want to explore as it offers betting on the Super Bowl through futures betting markets, point spreads, parlays, moneyline, totals, and various props.

NCAA Football

Hard Rock Bet is one of the more notable NCAA football betting sites, thanks to its promotions like Happy Hour and Flex Parlay. It’s also available in states where college football is prominent, including Ohio with the Ohio State Buckeyes.

CFL/UFL

The CFL and UFL seasons are underway, and you can bet on them both here at Hard Rock Bet.

Basketball

NBA

Betting on the NBA Finals is always exciting as it's a seven-game series that determines the league champion. Thankfully, Hard Rock Bet is one of the better NBA betting sites thanks to its welcome bonus and other promotions it tends to offer throughout the NBA season. Be sure to check out the promotions page during it to see what Hard Rock Bet offers daily. On top of that, there are betting markets like point spread, props, moneyline, totals, and futures markets for the Finals MVP.

NCAA Basketball

Betting on NCAA basketball is always exciting, and Hard Rock Bet shows up for it with its various promotions and bonuses. This includes betting on March Madness when it comes around due to the states where it’s legal, including Arizona, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, Tennessee, Ohio, and Virginia.

Baseball

MLB

In addition to betting on the MLB, you can also wager on other baseball leagues like Korea and Japan. Betting on the World Series is available under the MLB tab, but across all baseball leagues, you can wager on numerous props, including inning props, player props, and many more.

Hockey

NHL

Hard Rock Bet shines as an NHL betting site thanks to its odds and markets when betting on the Stanley Cup, but you can also wager on several international hockey leagues like Switzerland, Germany, and more.

Golf

Right now, it’s safe to say that Hard Rock Bet is one of the better golf betting sites as there are seven tournaments available to be wagered on right now, including the PGA Championship, The Masters, Wichita Open, US Open, Open Championship, Ryder Cup, Meijer LPGA Classic, and soon to be more.

NASCAR Auto Racing

NASCAR betting is available at Hard Rock Bet, and numerous markets can be wagered right now, including the Nascar Cup Series 2024, Nascar Truck Series 2024, and Nacar Xfinity Series 2024. Additionally, there are other motor racing options like Indycar and Formula 1.

Boxing

Betting on boxing is also available at Hard Rock Bet. However, the user interface isn’t segmented by cards; instead, it lists all upcoming fights in order of when they are, including events through December 2024, like Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.

MMA

If you want to bet on mixed martial arts, you’re in the right place, as Hard Rock Bet is one of the more notable UFC betting sites today. However, I’d go as far as to say it’s more than and is one of the better MMA betting sites as a whole, thanks to its continued support of offering wide betting markets on other leagues like PFL. As for the UFC, you can wager on UFC 303, UFC 304, and four upcoming UFC Fight Nights as of June 2024.

Horse Betting

Horse racing betting isn’t available at Hard Rock Bet.

Soccer

Betting on soccer is a massive market at Hard Rock Bet, with 33 leagues/regions you can wager on. These are highlighted by MLS, Euro 2024, Copa America, and more.

Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS)

Daily fantasy sports aren’t available at Hard Rock Bet.

Tennis

Betting on tennis is available at Hard Rock Bet. You can bet on tennis; table tennis is available for the upcoming TT Elite Series and Czech Liga Pro. As for “proper” tennis, dozens of markets are available, including the upcoming Australian Open, French Open, and many more.

Hard Rock Bet Betting Markets

  • Moneyline: Pick which team you think will win.
  • Point Spread: The point spread is the number of points that dictates the gap in power between the two teams. You can either wager for a team to “get” or “give” points. For example, if you bet on a team that’s -2.5, they must win the game outright and do so by three points or more. If you wager on a team that’s +2.5, they can win outright or lose by two or less. Another term for this is the puck line in hockey or the run line in baseball.
  • Totals: Wager on the combined number of points scored in a game.
  • Futures: Wager on events that will be resolved in the future, such as championships, conference championships, division titles, or individual player awards.
  • Parlay: Group multiple wagers together for a chance at an increased payout. For a parlay to succeed, all the added contests must win for it to cash.
Same Game Parlay: This parlay has the same concept as a standard parlay, but it’s confined to a single game.
  • Round Robin: Group multiple wagers together like a parlay, but with Round Robin, you can generate numerous smaller parlays using your selections and wager an amount on each for more chances at winning across multiple iterations of your choices.
  • Teasers: These are common in football and basketball. These can adjust the spread when two games are on a parlay ticket. For example, you pick two games, one with a spread of -7.5 and the other with -10.5. You decide to do a six-point teaser. In doing so, the spreads are now reduced to -1.5 and -4.5, respectively, and the odds are altered to reflect the increased chance of winning.
  • Live Betting: Wager on games as they progress using many markets listed here.
  • Props: These can be done for teams, games, and single-players. The most common are single-player props, which allow you to bet on a player's individual performance. For example, quarterback passing yards, basketball player points scored, RBIs by a player in baseball, or assists in hockey.
  • Flex Parlay: This feature is exclusive to Hard Rock Bet. With this, you can select a minimum of three games. From there, you must choose how many you think will win, with a minimum of two. If, at any time, the amount you selected wins across the number of games you picked, you win. So, if you were to pick six games and choose two, you’d win the bet should any two of the six you selected result in a win.

Hard Rock Bet: Analysis of Odds

At the time of this review, the NBA Finals and Stanley Cup Finals are in progress, so to truly check the odds at Hard Rock Bet, these markets felt like a great way to make the comparison, as these are the prominent markets available across all sports betting.

After examining, here’s what I found when comparing Hard Rock Bet to sites like FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

  • NBA Finals Series Winner: At Hard Rock Bet, the Boston Celtics were -1000, and the Dallas Mavericks were +600 through the first two games in the series, where the Celtics led 2-0. As for the favorite, Hard Rock had the least advantageous odds, with DraftKings at -800 and FanDuel at -950. BetMGM was also at -1000. As for the underdog Mavericks, the +600 ranked third across these four sportsbooks. BetMGM had the Mavericks at +650, FanDuel at +640, and DraftKings at +600.
  • NBA Finals Game 3: As for Game 3, Hard Rock Bet had a point spread of -2 and +2 compared to -1.5 everywhere else. This benefits the Mavericks if you want to bet on them, but if you want to bet on the Celtics, all other sportsbooks are more viable.
  • Stanley Cup Finals Winner: As for the outright winner of the Stanley Cup, the Florida Panthers lead the Edmonton Oilers 2-0 through two games. Hard Rock Bet and DraftKings offered odds on the outright winner, whereas FanDuel and BetMGM didn’t. Hard Rock Bet had worse odds for the favored Panthers but were +15 better for the underdog Oilers.
  • Stanley Cup Finals Game 3: As for Game 3 odds, Hard Rock Bet had the most value for the favored Oilers at -125 but the worst value for the underdog Panthers at +105. Every other sportsbook was at least +110.

Of course, these are just two samples, but these are the most active betting markets in sports betting right now as they decide league championships. Overall, Hard Rock was below average in value compared to other top sportsbooks in the market today. Of course, this could all change with a Hard Rock Bet promo or something else, but this analysis was done without factoring that in.

Hard Rock Bet Security, Licenses, and Reputation

Hard Rock Bet is a legal online sportsbook that operates in seven states. Below, I’ll post a table of those states, the available sports/betting markets in each, and the governing body that oversees that state to ensure Hard Rock Bet complies with state laws and regulations.

Hard Rock Bet Security Measures

For Hard Rock Bet to operate in the seven states listed above, certain thresholds regarding customer security measures must be met. These include providing SSL encryption, which stands for secure sockets layer. This provides an encrypted link between your browser or mobile app and the site.

However, Hard Rock Bet also offered Two-Factor Authentication, providing an added security layer. With this, you’ll receive a text with a unique code each time you log in. This allows you to keep your data safe, as no one can access your account without that code.

Hard Rock Bet Reputation

Hard Rock Bet has a prominent reputation throughout the United States due to the “Hard Rock” brand, which is the name of retail locations like casinos, sportsbooks, restaurants, hotels, live music venues, energy drinks, memorabilia, and more. It’s also the namesake of the Miami Dolphins and Miami Hurricanes stadium.

The Seminole Tribe of Florida owns it and was the first sportsbook to launch in Florida in 2021. However, it served as a martyr for sports betting in the state, as it was taken down initially after a lawsuit shut it down for nearly two years. However, it relaunched in 2023 and is the only sportsbook in all of Florida.

Hard Rock Bet has partnerships with the Dolphins, Tampa Bay Lightning, Florida Panthers, Justin Bonsignore, and Rette Jones Racing.

Hard Rock Bet User Experience

As I mentioned above, I had a fantastic experience with the Hard Rock Bet desktop site and mobile app. While aesthetics aren’t something I necessarily look for, as I value functionality more, I can’t help but praise the aesthetics of this user interface design. It’s incredibly clean, sleek, and modern, with a white backdrop and hints of that signature Hard Rock purple throughout. Everything is clearly visible, and the menu on the left side of the page is condensed. This makes it easy to see everything, including the spots, boosts, promotions, and notable games of the day.

In the middle of the page are advertisements for promotions and other things, with the “Trending Now” betting markets just below that. There’s a search bar at the top of the page, which makes traversing the site easy.

After logging in, I can see everything except clearly, including where to deposit. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, there are various links, like FAQs, a night mode that swaps the white backdrop to black, a QR code to download the mobile app, and more.

The mobile app emphasizes moving the menu on the left to the top/middle of the page even more.

Within the FAQ section, you’ll find a search bar and various customer support options, including a “Contact Us” link for email, phone, live chat, and social media support.

Hard Rock Bet Mobile Accessibility

The Hard Rock Bet mobile app is available for iOS and Android users. You can download it directly from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The mobile app has all of the desktop site's features, but they’re moved around slightly to fit the mobile screen. For example, as mentioned, the menu on the left side of the desktop page is found at the top of the app. You can swap between the casino and sportsbook for the New Jersey landing page.

In that same menu, a “More” button accesses even more links to the refer-a-friend page, boosts, promotions, prop parlays, live betting, loyalty, and live streaming.

Along the bottom of the app, there is a static menu to sort through the sports markets, your bet history, and your account page. The account page provides an alternate route to log in or sign up for an account.

The mobile app works extremely well. I went between each page and simulated placing wagers and didn’t run into any issues.

I view this mobile app as one of the better sports betting mobile apps, even with the most downloaded options like FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, and more.

Hard Rock Bet Customer Support Evaluation

Hard Rock Bet has perhaps the best assortment and competency of customer service methods I’ve ever encountered.

Here, you’ll find FAQ, live chat, social media, phone support, and email support that you can access.

To find it on the desktop page, scroll to the bottom, click the FAQ page, and click Contact Us.

  • FAQ: There are numerous sections that answer the most commonly asked questions. There are also dozens of articles on topics like your account, banking, and more.
  • Phone: There’s only phone support in NJ, TN, and IL.
  • Email
  • Social Media @HardRockBet is available across Instagram, Tiktok, X, and Facebook.
  • Live chat: Available 24/7

I utilized the FAQ, email, and live chat support during my time with the customer support methods. The FAQ section has so many pages to scan through, and I found all of the answers to my questions, but I still wanted to evaluate some support methods that are more widely available.

The live chat was excellent. I got a response from a representative within minutes of posing my question. As for email support, I asked my question later in the evening, so I expected a response the next day, but I still got one within hours of sending the email.

These representatives were knowledgeable prompt, and didn’t waste time to help me with any questions I had.

Hard Rock Bet: Latest News
