The Lions' offense continues to find success both on the ground and through the air. However, their defense is becoming a liability. They are allowing an average of 30.3 points per game over their last four games. That includes 26 points they allowed the Bears to score three weeks ago. Justin Fields was just returning from injury but managed to throw for 269 yards and a touchdown while adding 104 more yards on the ground.

On the other side of the ball, the Bears' run defense has been great, but they have been vulnerable against the pass. That will be a big problem on Sunday as they face a Lions team that is fourth in the league with 263.3 passing yards per game. Expect Sam LaPorta and Amon-Ra St. Brown to have big days in an exciting shootout.

Eagles +3.5 | -120 at BetMGM Sportsbook

This is the marquee matchup of Week 14 as these two powerhouses battle for control of the NFC East. As bad as the Eagles looked against the Niners last week, we expect them to have a significant bounce back this week. This is still a great Eagles team, and they will look like it once again in Dallas.

Betting on the Cowboys to blow a game is one of the safest bets in football. We have seen the Cowboys look like the best team in football for certain weeks but then come crashing back down to Earth after. They came dangerously close to losing to Seattle last week, allowing Geno Smith to move the ball up and down the field easily. The Cowboys' stats on both sides of the ball are impressive, but much of it has come from playing bad teams. Dallas has played the Giants, Panthers, Commanders, and Seahawks in their previous four games, and we think it leads to them coming out flat against a far better against one of the league’s top teams.

Saquon Barkley over 70.5 rushing yards | -115 at BetMGM Sportsbook

This is the easiest bet of the weekend. While Barkley has struggled to find running room this season, he will easily cover this total on Monday Night Football. One reason is his yard-per-carry average, which is 4.2. He has had a YPC over five in three of his previous four games, showing he is still running the ball well. The Giants' awful passing game hampers Barkley, but he will have a very favorable matchup on Monday Night.

The Packers' defense has been fantastic in 2023, but they have a significant problem stopping the run. Their offense is scoring more, forcing teams to pass against Green Bay’s great secondary, but they are giving up the thirtieth most passing yards in the league (136.3 PPG). The Packers will be able to key in on Barkley, but they have too many holes in their run defense to shut him down. Look for the Giants’ back to have one of his games of the season in prime time.
