With the Final Four on Saturday, March Madness betting is still alive and well. However, the NBA still has the spotlight on Friday night. With a big slate of games, the USA Legal Betting team wanted to put together a special three-leg parlay using Friday’s games. You’re free to check out any number of sports betting sites when placing your wagers or creating a parlay. But we’ve taken our odds for this parlay from FanDuel.

NBA Picks and Parlay of the Weekend
Orlando Magic vs Charlotte Hornets Best Bet:
Magic -11.5 | -110 at FanDuel
Hopefully, folks in the Tar Heel state have been enjoying the recent arrival of North Carolina sports betting. They certainly haven’t enjoyed watching the Hornets this year. Charlotte is in another bad stretch, losing nine of 10 and going 3-7 against the spread in those games. In those 10 games, the Hornets have eight double-digit losses, so we’re expecting another one on Friday.
Equally important, Orlando is good enough to take advantage of Charlotte’s shortcomings. The Magic has won three in a row and eight of 11, so they’re finishing the season strong. They played the Hornets less than a month ago and dominated in a 112-92 win. The key stat for this game is that Orlando is 8-2 against the spread as a road favorite, so the Magic can be trusted to cover this spread.
San Antonio Spurs vs New Orleans Pelicans Best Bet:
Spurs +10.5 | -110 at FanDuel
New Orleans is dealing with some critical injuries at the moment. Brandon Ingram is sidelined while Zion Williamson is questionable for Friday’s game. That could potentially deprive the Pelicans of their two leading scorers, making them vulnerable, especially if Louisiana sportsbooks expect them to cover more than 10 points. With the Pelicans losing three in a row and going 1-5 against the spread in their last six games, it’s foolish to get behind the Pelicans.
On the other side, the Spurs are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games. Three of those five games had double-digit spreads with San Antonio winning two of those games straight up. Even though the Spurs are in the middle of a road trip, they’ve been off since Tuesday and should be fresh. After a five-point loss as 15-point underdogs to the Nuggets on Tuesday, they should keep things close against New Orleans.
Minnesota Timberwolves vs Phoenix Suns Best Bet:
Timberwolves ML | +128 at FanDuel
For whatever reason, we have a hard time trusting the Suns. Folks using Arizona sportsbooks may think differently, but we’re not on board with Phoenix. Even with six wins in their last eight games, we just don’t trust the Suns against a quality opponent. Keep in mind the Suns are well below .500 against the spread, including a 14-17-1 record against the spread as a home favorite. That makes us think the Suns are ripe for a loss on Friday.
The Timberwolves, meanwhile, have the second-best road record in the NBA, going 25-13 straight up away from home. They’ve also won nine of their last 11 games, including wins in all four of their road games during that stretch. With Minnesota still in a tight race with Denver for the division title, the T’Wolves will push hard for this win, adding great value to our three-leg parlay.
