The group of policymakers has proposed a bill that would allow sports betting and poker in Oahu, the most-populated Hawaiian island, but bans the top operators in the industry from joining the market. This means that FanDuel, DraftKings, and other gambling giants would be locked out.

The lawsuit was levied by Angelica Limcaco, an ex-salon manager at Wynn Las Vegas. She previously sued him in 2018 for alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals ultimately rejected the woman’s case.

Now, he is back to try his hand as a kicker. If he converts from 25 yards, he will win FanDuel bettors $10 million in free bets, and if he misses, well, let’s hope he practiced his smile.
